Shannah’s Homemade Granola Recipe

Tip: Shannah makes it in bulk, so she can enjoy this protein and fiber packed granola for several weeks….  

Granola recipe:


Organic rolled oats


Mix in the following in whatever ratio you want:


Pumpkin seeds

Sunflower seeds

Sesame seeds

Whole raw almonds

Chopped walnuts

Chia seeds

Flax meal

Heat canola oil and pure maple syrup (equal parts) in a saucepan.

Coat oat mixture evenly.


Spread in thin layers on baking sheets.   Bake at 200 degrees for about 2-3 hours.
